Rental Agreement
Hours
of use:
Normal
hours of operation are from 8:00
A.M. to 12:00 Midnight. All
contracted activities including
setup, tear-down, and cleaning
must occur within this period.
Early or late use is subject to
approval by Festhalle management
and will be subject to an
additional charge of $50 per
hour.
Payment:
All
fees and deposits are due in
advance as stipulated in the
contract.
Half-Day
Rates:
50%
off daily rates will be charged
for contract periods which
finish by 2:00 P.M. or which
begin after 4:00 P.M.
Setup/Teardown:
Must
be conducted within contract
periods.
Security / Cleaning Refundable
Deposit:
There is a refundable security
and cleaning deposit of $300. Large events exceeding
500 attendees require a deposit
of $1.00 per projected attendee
to a maximum of $1,000. The
deposit will be refunded at the
discretion of the Festhalle
management. Cleanup guidelines
will be attached to the booking
contract and will be posted
behind the administration
counter.
Janitorial and Cleaning
Service Fee:
Janitorial and Cleaning Services will be
provided as needed during
events at $35 / hour. This also
covers public events that serve
alcohol.
Garbage: Garbage or refuse
disposal exceeding one (1)
standard (1 ½ yard) dumpster per
day will require an additional
charge.
Included
in Festhalle Rental:
Rental
includes the main hall, entry
foyer, administration counter,
rest rooms, and outside plaza.
If Festhalle is rented with "Set
Up" it includes the set up of
the following:
Stage - any size up to 640 Sq.
Ft.
Chairs - 400 included, extras at
rack rate
Tables - 32 rounds included,
extras at rack rate
Additional
Equipment and Services:
Other
equipment and services such as
staging, video projectors,
chairs, tables, linens,
security, electrical
enhancements, etc. are available
at an additional charge to be
determined.
DEFINITIONS:
Commercial/Private:
Any private entity using the
facility for business purposes,
parties, trade shows, or
performing events, etc.
Non-Profit: Any service club,
church, public or private
school, governmental agency or
group possessing valid IRS
non-profit status.
Local:
Referring to legal residence or
place of business within the
Cascade School District.
Non-Local:
Referring to legal residence or
place of business outside the
Cascade School District.
